These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Photospotfinder.com ("I," "my," or "the site"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Photospotfinder.com is a personal, non-commercial website.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

At this time, authenticated users may only submit comments. Uploading photos, creating posts, adding locations, or submitting any other type of content is not permitted unless explicit permission is granted by the site administrator.

Any content you upload, post, or submit (“User Content”) is your sole responsibility. By submitting User Content, you grant Photospotfinder.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it as part of the site.

User Content must be relevant to the purpose of this website, including travel, landscape photography, wildlife photography, or photography-related discussion. Submitting unrelated or off-topic content (such as political posts, advertising, personal messages, or material not connected to photography or photo locations) is not permitted and may be removed at the site owner's discretion.

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any User Content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
  • is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit (including nudity);
  • encourages or provides instructions for criminal activity;

4. ACCURACY OF PHOTOGRAPH LOCATION DATA

Many photos displayed on the site contain GPS-based geotags. GPS accuracy varies and may be influenced by terrain, weather, signal quality, or device limitations. Coordinates displayed on the site should not be treated as precise or guaranteed, and may be inaccurate.


5. DMCA / COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

If you believe that any content on the site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to:

Include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • The URL of the content in question
  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the complaint is accurate

Upon receiving a valid notice, infringing material may be removed.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, injury, or property damage. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the site.
